用料 :牛肉100克。青椒适量。姜蒜适量。碗汁:米酒(黄油或料酒)1勺,生抽2勺,水3勺香菜适量。
1.牛肉切片,加1小勺料酒,1勺生抽,少许盐,一点糖,1大勺淀粉,适量水用手抓捏均匀,表面倒少许植物油腌制1小时以上。
